Who we are

We are a mid-sized, senior-heavy team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Not a hundred-person agency with a sales department, and not two freelancers with a shared logo. That size is deliberate: large enough to cover strategy, design, development, SEO and paid media in-house, small enough that the people who sell the work are the people who do it.

Over two decades we’ve built corporate portals for publicly traded companies, e-commerce for manufacturers, and marketing systems for businesses that needed leads rather than awards. Some of our clients have been with us for more than ten years — which we consider the only credential that really counts.

How we think about projects

• Business first, technology second. The stack is a means. We start with what the site has to achieve and work backwards.
• You own everything. Domain, hosting, code, analytics and ad accounts are in your name from day one. Always.
• Itemised proposals. Design, development, content, integrations and training priced separately, so you can see what you’re buying.
• Honest advice, even when it costs us. We have told clients not to redesign, not to advertise yet, and to spend the budget elsewhere. It’s why they come back.
• Measured, not assumed. Analytics and conversion tracking are part of every build, not an afterthought.

We’d rather lose a project than sell something that won’t work. Twenty years in, that’s proven cheaper than the alternative.

Working with international clients

A growing part of our work is for companies outside Bulgaria — in the EU, the UK and the US. The practical details matter, so here they are: we invoice in euro with VAT under EU rules, we sign standard EU contracts and DPAs, we work in English, and we’re on EET, which overlaps with the entire European working day and the American morning.

What we don’t do is pretend to be local. We’re a Bulgarian agency with Bulgarian rates and Western European standards — that’s exactly the point.
