Common questions before we start

How quickly can you start?

Usually within one to two weeks of a signed proposal. Urgent fixes and takeovers of broken sites we handle faster — tell us if you’re in that situation.

How do payments work?

Standard EU invoicing in euro with VAT. Typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery for projects; monthly in arrears for retainers. Bank transfer to our Bulgarian account.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes to both, routinely. We work with publicly traded companies where disclosure rules are strict, so this is familiar ground.

What if we already have an agency?

That’s fine. Many clients start with a second opinion or a specific piece of work — an audit, a performance fix, a campaign — before moving anything else.
