For clients on the “Business” plan and above, the clean-up is free and prioritised. For the basic plan we offer the service at a discount. But our goal is for it never to happen.

No, maintenance is separate from hosting. We work with your current host. If it’s slow or unreliable, we’ll help you migrate to a better partner for free.
Is there a contract?
We don’t tie you into long-term contracts. The service is month to month. You can stop at any time if you decide your site is safe.
What if an update breaks the site?
That’s the biggest fear, but we’re prepared. We take a backup right before pressing “Update”. If something breaks, we roll back to the version from 5 minutes earlier and fix the issue in a staging environment.
