You keep the client relationship; we build. NDAs and your own tooling and processes are standard — we’re used to working inside someone else’s stack.

The commercial logic is simple: our rates let you deliver at a margin that’s difficult to achieve with local contractors, without the coordination risk of a team on the other side of the planet.

Questions

Can you take over a site built by someone else?

Yes, and we do it often. We start with an audit: code quality, security, performance, what’s salvageable and what isn’t. You get an honest assessment before committing to anything — sometimes the answer is that a rebuild is cheaper than the repairs.

Do you work hourly or fixed price?

Fixed price for defined scopes, hourly or retainer for ongoing development. For white-label partners a monthly retainer with reserved capacity usually works best.

Do you use page builders?

Only when the client needs to build pages independently and accepts the performance cost. For anything performance-critical we build custom — page builders are the single most common cause of the slow sites we’re asked to fix.

What about ongoing support?
